Julia Aryeh

With more than 33 years of experience, Julia Aryeh is a seasoned corporate and securities attorney focused on U.S. capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on SPAC IPOs, traditional IPOs and business combinations. Her background as an investment banker—concentrating on PIPE transactions as well as primary and secondary offerings—has honed her strong business acumen and proficiency in structuring complex financial and corporate arrangements.

Julia counsels clients on the full spectrum of business and legal issues, including securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, disclosure obligations, marketplace listings and securities compliance.

In addition to spending several years as an investment banker, Julia served as general counsel to an international family office and co-founded a private investment and advisory firm targeting global investment opportunities in real estate, tourism and retail. In these roles, she advised on and participated in private equity transactions, corporate restructurings and active investment strategies.

Beyond her transactional practice, Julia has experience in litigation and family trust planning and frequently mentors European entrepreneurs seeking to access global capital markets.
