Loeb Acts as Special U.S. Counsel to Ligent Technologies in HK$5.67 Billion Initial Public Offering

Loeb & Loeb acted as special U.S. counsel to Ligent Technologies, a leading global optical communication and connectivity product provider serving customers in China and abroad, in connection with certain U.S. legal matters relating to its HK$5.67 billion initial public offering on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. 

The Loeb team advised on certain U.S. legal matters in connection with the company's initial public offering and listing activities.
