Blackfin in Sale to Entertainment One

Represented unscripted television producer Blackfin in its sale to Entertainment One in an effort to expand eOne’s unscripted business internationally. As part of the deal, Blackfin’s founder and CEO Geno McDermott will serve as eOne’s president of U.S. alternative programming, unscripted television.
