Christine Zhang maintains a broad corporate and capital markets practice, advising clients on public and private corporate finance transactions as well as regulatory matters. She represents clients in initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions across the technology, health care, finance, consumer products and retail sectors. In addition, she advises listed companies on regulatory compliance and corporate governance, including SEC reporting requirements.
