Overview
Anton Vlahek focuses his practice on representing banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. He collaborates closely with clients and counterparties to coordinate transactions, preparing and negotiating key documents and guiding matters from drafting through closing. In addition, he brings experience representing both lenders and borrowers in high-stakes financings, advising on borrower diligence—including the assessment of collateral frameworks—as well as managing lien searches, filings and related compliance issues.
