• Represented a foreign company in an SIAC arbitration arising from a large scale fraud in connection with the sale and purchase of a cryptocurrency business, with claims exceeding US$500 million.
• Represented various companies, including listed companies, in multiple HKIAC arbitrations involving contractual and commercial disputes. 

Commercial Litigation 

•  Acted for a foreign company in a Hong Kong High Court action against multiple defendants for fraud, conspiracy, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and gross negligence; defended jurisdictional challenges raised by the defendants; and assisted with applications for proprietary injunctions and receivership orders.
• Acted for a high net worth individual in a partnership dispute before the Hong Kong High Court involving breaches of fiduciary duty and misappropriation of partnership assets.
• Acted for a high net worth client in multiple appeals before the Hong Kong Court of Appeal; defending a worldwide Mareva injunction application and making applications to set aside judgment and injunction orders.
• Acted for a Hong Kong listed company in defending an urgent injunction application made by a shareholder before the Hong Kong High Court concerning internal management issues.
• Acted for a high net worth client in an application to the Securities and Futures Commission for the withdrawal of a restriction notice issued under section 208 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571).
• Acted for a client in a high value contractual dispute relating to the sale and purchase of paintings and sculptures.
• Acted for a Mainland manufacturer and a major local retailer in defending a product liability claim before the Hong Kong High Court.
• Advised foreign clients on conflict of laws issues and the interpretation of arbitration clauses.
• Acted for construction companies and contractors in various construction related disputes and projects.
• Acted for a client in defending a dispute involving alleged infringement of intellectual property rights related to the sale of parallel products.
