Lili Taheri

Lili Taheri focuses primarily on representing public companies with respect to securities and corporate law matters. She advises issuers and underwriters in connection with private and public offerings of securities, and PIPE transactions. In addition, she assists clients with registration statements, reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act, corporate governance issues, and compliance with the requirements of various securities exchanges, including NYSE, NASDAQ and AMEX.
