Overview

Erin Shields concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation, representing companies and individuals in disputes involving breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims and business torts. She also has experience handling cybersecurity and privacy and labor and employment matters, as well as intellectual property matters involving trademark infringement, trade secrets and false advertising. Erin has experience drafting pleadings, motions and legal memoranda, and participating in developing case strategies. She has handled all stages of the discovery process, from drafting interrogatories to assisting with depositions.
