Overview

Bradley Raboin maintains a broad employment and labor practice, covering litigation and counseling issues, as well as employment and labor considerations in a range of corporate transactions. 

Bradley represents clients in high stakes litigation and class actions involving discrimination claims, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations and wrongful termination. Bradley has particular experience in cross-border litigation, regularly representing international companies navigating the complex rules and regulations facing employers in the United States. His extensive litigation experience includes mediations, arbitration and trial work. Most recently, Bradley was part of trial team that secured a unanimous jury verdict defense in a large-scale discrimination class action and then successfully assisted in settling another substantial discrimination class action against an international corporate client. 

Bradley also regularly assists clients across a wide range of industries with day-to-day employment and labor counseling, including experience assisting with workplace investigations. He has experience drafting a variety of employee handbooks and policies, employee contracts and executive compensation agreements and also provides training on key labor issues. Given his deep experience working with foreign companies, he often assists international clients as they conform their employment and labor policies and practices to U.S. law.  

Bradley also conducts labor and employment due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions and advises on employee-related matters including executive benefits packages and risk assessments.
