Overview
Lizzy Pott focuses her practice on a broad range of entertainment and media transactions across theater, live entertainment, film, television, digital content, music, advertising and emerging platforms. She represents creators, talent, production and distribution companies, brands and other industry stakeholders on matters spanning development, production and distribution, as well as strategic commercial and corporate transactions. She works closely with clients to navigate an evolving media landscape and structure deals that advance both creative and business objectives. In addition, Lizzy’s experience includes providing intellectual property advice for corporate transactions, managing key transactional documents and advising on issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of content creation.
