Overview

Alexander (Alex) Nestor has more than 25 years of experience defending employers in high-stakes litigation. He represents companies—particularly in the technology and financial services sectors—in state and federal courts, arbitration and before administrative agencies. He has extensive experience defending employers in individual, multi-party and class action litigation, handling the full range of employment disputes, including claims involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, defamation, wage and hour issues, employee raiding, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition.

Alex has extensive experience guiding and assisting employers on a wide range of complex workplace matters, including compliance with state and federal employment laws and the development of effective policies and procedures. His work encompasses anti-harassment training, disciplinary actions and terminations, internal and government investigations, leaves of absence, disability accommodation, and wage and hour compliance. He also advises on executive employment and severance agreements, as well as drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants.
