Overview

Olivia Morri is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Investments & Transactions department. Her practice focuses on representing investors, borrowers and lenders in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and mortgage, mezzanine and construction financing. She advises on matters throughout the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, document review and closing.

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Olivia was an associate at a boutique law firm focusing on real estate in the New York City market.
