Overview

Don Miller's practice focuses on litigation, especially matters involving entertainment issues. Don has successfully litigated a wide range of IP and entertainment issues on behalf of prominent clients in the motion picture, television, music, and book publishing industries, including, for example, accounting, distribution and contract disputes; copyright and credit disputes; anti-piracy issues; and trademark, false advertising, and unfair competition claims.

Don has also handled various disputes involving real estate, as well as complex accounting and business issues, legal malpractice, partnership dissolution, post-acquisition earn-out claims, insurance coverage, and section 1983 civil rights litigation.
