Overview
Kate McGuigan maintains a broad transactional practice focusing on representing both private equity and strategic clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and asset purchases across a variety of industry sectors, including health care, life sciences and biotechnology. Kate regularly leads corporate due diligence processes and drafts primary and ancillary transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, transition services agreements and real estate documents, among others. Kate also regularly advises her clients in a variety of general corporate matters.
