Overview
Jacob Maslavi focuses his practice on corporate and securities law, advising public and private companies on securities regulation, capital markets transactions and general corporate matters. He regularly represents clients in initial public offerings, secondary offerings, SEC reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, going-private transactions and corporate governance matters.
In addition to his corporate and capital markets practice, Jacob has experience negotiating and drafting a range of technology transactions, including licensing and data protection agreements and software development and outsourcing contracts. He has also advised companies on intellectual property matters involving blockchain, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
