Anna Mak

Anna Mak maintains a broad capital markets and corporate practice. She advises issuers, sponsors and underwriters on initial public offerings on the Main Board and GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, transfer of listing from GEM, spin-off listing, as well as on pre-IPO investments, follow-on offerings and secondary market fund raisings such as rights issues and placings. Her practice spans mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, fund formation, and trust-related matters, including employee incentive schemes and estate planning. She also handles corporate restructurings, strategic investments and provides comprehensive regulatory and compliance advice for listed companies and general corporate transactions. In addition, she has experience in civil and commercial dispute resolution, including shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations and winding-up proceedings.
