Overview

Huiping (Harper) Li focuses her practice on intellectual property matters, including trademark, patent, copyright and unfair competition law. She brings experience advising clients on trademark clearance, registration, prosecution, enforcement and litigation, drawing on her understanding of the People’s Republic of China legal system. Harper has assisted international clients in the automobile, consumer goods, musical instruments, and apparel industries on a wide range of IP enforcement and protection matters, supporting clients in navigating complex IP issues and enhancing the value of their portfolios.
