Overview
Sarah Levitan Perry is a commercial litigator and a member of Loeb & Loeb’s Brand Protection practice and Luxury Brands industry group. She focuses her practice on trademark, false advertising, unfair competition and copyright matters. Sarah represents brands and advertisers in federal court litigation, before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in proceedings before the Better Business Bureau’s National Advertising Division. She routinely counsels clients on brand protection strategies and anti-counterfeiting initiatives.
Sarah has extensive experience representing athletes, artists, music producers, music publishers, television producers and others in the entertainment, media and sports industries. She handles contractual and copyright disputes, as well as matters involving name, image and likeness rights and defamation claims. She is also a regular contributor to the firm’s IP/Entertainment Law Weekly Case Update for Content Creators, Owners, and Distributors.
