Wendy Kwan

Wendy Kwan is an accomplished litigator, representing clients in a diverse range of litigation and arbitration cases. Her practice areas include securities litigation, shareholders’ disputes, breach of contract, business torts, regulatory investigations and general commercial disputes.

Wendy has experience representing clients at all levels of court, including the High Court, District Court, Magistrates’ Court and various tribunals in Hong Kong. In addition to contentious litigation, she has substantial experience across a broad spectrum of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including arbitration and mediation. Wendy has acted in proceedings administered by leading institutions such as the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and other major arbitral bodies. Wendy advises clients on all stages of the arbitral process, including strategy, interim relief, enforcement and settlement. Her practice focuses on complex commercial, shareholder and contractual disputes across Greater China and Southeast Asia.
