John Huang focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, with a concentration on trademark prosecution, enforcement and litigation. He has significant experience guiding clients in PRC trademark prosecution, enforcement and litigation strategies, as well as trademark portfolio management.
John handles high-profile matters for global brands, often involving unique issues such as merchandising rights, counterfeit issues and the overlap of copyright and trademark protection. In addition, he has assisted clients in administrative and civil cases involving trademark rights and claims under China's Anti-Unfair Competition Law.
