Overview

Maxwell Harwitt is a technology transactions and outsourcing lawyer who helps companies adopt new technologies and build the commercial relationships that support them. As artificial intelligence moves from experimentation into everyday operations, much of his practice focuses on helping clients put AI to work responsibly. That includes shaping the internal policies that govern its use and negotiating the contract terms that allocate its risks and rewards.

Maxwell brings a practical, business-minded approach to supply chain and manufacturing. He guides brands, retailers and manufacturers as they move products from concept to customer, and as they automate the facilities and processes in between, including through software, robotics and data solutions.

Maxwell has extensive experience in business process and IT outsourcing and all manner of technology contracting.
