Overview

Jonathan Goltser focuses his practice on bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring matters, as well as bankruptcy litigation. He represents debtors, lenders, independent directors, secured and unsecured creditors, and other parties in Chapter 11, Chapter 7 and Chapter 15 bankruptcy proceedings, as well as in out-of-court restructurings, commercial insolvencies, liquidations and assignments for the benefit of creditors. He brings deep experience in navigating complex distressed situations, from negotiating DIP financing and restructuring support agreements to analyzing debt covenants and capital structures to seize strategic opportunities. In addition, Jonathan advises issuers on securities offerings and related transactions, providing integrated guidance across bankruptcy, corporate and securities law.
