Overview

Holt Goddard has three decades of experience advising issuers, underwriters and public companies on capital markets and corporate transactions, with a particular focus on initial public offerings, private placements, high-yield bond financings, and SPAC and de-SPAC transactions.

Holt represents clients across a range of industries, including shipping, retail, hospitality, alternative energy, media, technology and life sciences. His practice also includes advising public companies on ongoing SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and bank financings.

Holt regularly works with clients based in the U.S. and internationally, including throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and South America, bringing a cross-border perspective to complex securities and corporate matters.

Before joining the firm, Holt served as general counsel for an international biotechnology company.
