Overview

Edward Delman’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. He also has experience with internal investigations and compliance. Edward has represented plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts in cases involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, mass torts and Sherman Act violations. Edward clerked for the Honorable Katherine Polk Failla of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Edward is a contributing writer for Loeb & Loeb’s IP/Entertainment Case Law Weekly Update for Content Creators, Owners and Distributors. Edward is committed to pro bono work and recently secured summary judgment on behalf of a trans man who was denied medical care at a state-owned hospital in Maryland.
