Overview
Morgan Band focuses her practice on representing banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. She works closely with clients and counterparties to coordinate transactions, preparing and negotiating key documents and guiding matters from drafting through closing. Morgan regularly advises on subscription financings, leveraged acquisition financings, and term and revolving credit facilities, as well as other general corporate financings. In addition, she brings experience representing lenders, issuers, and underwriters in complex structured finance transactions, including asset-backed securitizations across diverse asset classes.
