Loeb Represents Wetour Robotics Ltd. in Launch of $75 Million At-the-Market Offering

Loeb & Loeb represented Wetour Robotics Limited, a publicly traded technology company building a physical AI operating system for wearable robotics, in connection with its $75 million at‑the‑market offering program under a sales agreement with Rodman & Renshaw LLC, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer.

Under the sales agreement, Wetour may offer and sell, from time to time, up to $75 million of its ordinary shares through or to Rodman & Renshaw LLC, acting as sales agent or principal. Sales of the ordinary shares, if any, may be made in transactions deemed to be "at-the-market offerings" under Rule 415 of the Securities Act of 1933. Rodman & Renshaw is not required to sell any specific number or dollar amount of securities but will act as sales agent using commercially reasonable efforts consistent with its normal trading and sales practices, on mutually agreed terms with the company.

The Loeb team included Lawrence Venick, managing partner of the firm’s Hong Kong and Beijing offices, Capital Markets associate Rongwei Xie and Corporate paralegal Jana Jim.
