Loeb Represents ZJK Industrial Co., Ltd. in Launch of $9.8 Million At-the-Market Offering

Loeb & Loeb represented ZJK Industrial Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of precision fasteners, structural parts and other precision metal parts, in the launch of its at-the-market (ATM) offering program for up to $9.8 million of its Class A ordinary shares. The Class A ordinary shares are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “ZJK.”

The ATM program is being conducted pursuant to a sales agreement with Chaince Securities, LLC, acting as sales agent. The Class A ordinary shares may be offered and sold from time to time through the sales agent in transactions deemed to be “at the market offerings” as defined in Rule 415(a)(4) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

As part of the program, ZJK Industrial Co., Ltd. has the flexibility to access the capital markets efficiently, allowing for dynamic financing based on market conditions and the company’s strategic needs.
