Ken brings more than three decades of experience guiding clients through complex global and domestic outsourcing and technology transactions. His practice spans the full lifecycle of business process and IT outsourcing arrangements, as well as a broad spectrum of technology transactions. He regularly advises on the development and deployment of AI and automation solutions, cloud and multi‑sourced environments and strategies for restructuring, renegotiating or unwinding legacy outsourcing and IT agreements.
