Loeb Guides Professional Diversity Network, Inc. in $20 Million Revolving Line of Credit

Loeb & Loeb represented Professional Diversity Network, Inc., a leader in developing and operating online and in-person networks that offer access to networking, training, educational and employment opportunities for diverse individuals, in a revolving line of credit facility of up to $20 million with Streeterville Capital, LLC, an investment firm, with an initial purchase and drawdown of $3.4 million.

The financing will support the company’s working capital, debt repayment and other strategic corporate purposes.

The Loeb team was led by Henry Yin, chair of the firm’s Asia M&A and Technology Transactions practices, and included Capital Markets senior counsel Hermione Krumm; Jessica Li and Corporate paralegal Jenny Wang.
