Four Loeb Partners Honored in 2025 “40 & Under” List by Benchmark Litigation

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce that Litigation partners Melissa Barahona, Lauren Fried and Joshua Hollander and Private Client partner Alexandra Letzel have been named to Benchmark Litigation’s "40 & Under" list for 2025, the publication’s annual ranking recognizing the nation’s leading young lawyers and top emerging litigation talent.

Melissa’s practice centers on employment and complex commercial litigation, including matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wage and hour disputes. She also handles whistleblower actions, employment contract and restrictive covenant disputes, and employment-related tort matters such as breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition and tortious interference.

Lauren handles complex litigation across the media, entertainment and technology industries. She represents production companies, studios, satellite and network broadcasters, and high-profile celebrities and athletes in matters involving business disputes, copyright and intellectual property litigation, right of publicity, false advertising and unfair competition.

Joshua litigates high-stakes complex commercial, software and technology, real estate, securities and business tort matters. He represents global corporations, mid-cap companies and high net worth individuals in all phases of litigation on both the plaintiff and defense side.

Alexandra focuses on complex trust, probate, guardianship and conservatorship litigation for celebrity and high net worth clients, including will and trust contests, fiduciary disputes and appointment proceedings. Her work draws on experience collaborating with probate investigators, court-appointed counsel and mental health professionals to navigate sensitive cases under close court supervision.
