Loeb & Loeb represented Crossroads Live, a global theatre producer, in a secured term loan financing, provided through Yieldstreet, a leading private markets investment platform, to support the acquisition and production of live theater productions.
The financing will allow Crossroads Live to expand its international theatrical touring operations across North America, the United Kingdom and Australia. The strategic partnership enables Yieldstreet to offer individual investors access to private credit opportunities in the entertainment space, backed by Crossroads Live’s diverse slate of productions.
Crossroads Live is one of the world’s leading commercial theater producers, with a global footprint and a portfolio that includes acclaimed productions such as Annie, Chicago, Kinky Boots and Grease. In 2024 alone, the company presented more than 800 weeks of theater to over 4.5 million audience members, generating over $300 million in ticket sales.
The Loeb team was led by Lloyd Rothenberg, co-chair of the firm’s Capital Markets & Corporate department, and included Finance partner Steve Rockoff and associate Hannah Schechter, and Corporate partner Michael Weinstein.
