Loeb Represents Airship AI in ATM Offering with Roth Capital Partners

Loeb & Loeb represented Airship AI Holdings, Inc., an AI-driven edge video, sensor and data management platform for government and enterprise clients, in connection with its entry into an at-the-market (ATM) offering agreement with Roth Capital Partners, LLC, a privately held investment banking company.

Under the agreement, Roth Capital Partners will act as sales agent, enabling Airship AI to offer and sell shares of its common stock from time to time.

Airship AI is represented by Capital Markets partner David Levine.
