In 2022, Loeb & Loeb served as a legal advisor to a total of 20 SPAC initial public offerings with a total volume of $2.2 billion raised, making Loeb the most active legal adviser for SPAC IPOs in 2022, according to SPACInsider’s SPAC IPO Legal League Table. Specifically, the firm served as issuer’s counsel to 13 IPOs (ranking No. 1 on the league table) and served as underwriter’s counsel to 7 IPOs (ranking No. 2 on the table).
In addition, according to SPACInsider’s SPAC M&A Legal League Table, Loeb was also the most active legal advisor in SPAC M&A deals in 2022, handling a total of 26 transactions with a total value of nearly $12.7 billion.
