Sports Construction Rolls Right Through Economic Uncertainty

Loeb Entertainment partner Scott Zolke is quoted in an article published by the Associated Press discussing ongoing construction projects for sports teams in light of economic uncertainty. According to the article, although interest rates, inflation and supply chain issues are a factor in development plans, they have not yet stood in the way.

In regard to inflation, Scott told the publication that it is a “manageable risk.” As a representative for the Buffalo Bills in stadium talks, he added “One of the things that we exhausted in our analysis of Buffalo was ‘What if?’”

“What about inflation? What if we go into a recession? What if... the supply chain is completely flipped upside down?” Scott said. “You look at the best, worst, middle-case scenarios, do your comparisons... and then you say, is it worth it?”
