Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce the arrival of Jason Kim as a partner in the firm’s Real Estate department. His real estate practice focuses on transactional matters involving acquisitions and dispositions, financings, development projects, leasing, and loan workouts and restructurings.

“Jason’s varied and diverse experience with a wide range of real estate transactions significantly bolsters the strength of our existing team here at Loeb and will allow us to add even more value to the clients we serve,” said Raymond Sanseverino, chair of Loeb & Loeb’s Real Estate department.

Kim represents investors, developers and financial institutions in all types of commercial real estate transactions. He has counseled clients on a broad range of real estate acquisition, development and financing deals, including joint venture formation; the structuring of debt and equity financing; zoning and entitlement matters; and construction and development agreements.  His experience also includes the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans, preferred equity investments, loan syndications and participations, and note purchases and sales.

“I’m very excited to join a firm with such a distinguished and accomplished group of real estate lawyers,” said Kim. “The Loeb team is well respected in the industry, and I look forward to working with such an influential group.”

“We are pleased to welcome Jason to our New York office and to add to our already deep bench of talented real estate lawyers,” said Laurie Ruckel, managing partner of the New York office.
