Loeb & Loeb Adds Leading Transactional Lawyer Jessica Isokawa

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce the arrival of Jessica Isokawa as a partner in its Capital Markets & Corporate department. She is based in the firm’s San Francisco office, where she represents clients in a wide range of industries, including software and technology-enabled businesses, consumer products, financial services, professional services, retail, manufacturing, and health care.

“Jessica is a skilled lawyer, and her arrival enhances our corporate capabilities,” said Arash Khalili, co-chair of the firm’s Capital Markets & Corporate department. “She will play a very important role in advising our technology, IP and other clients during what has become one of the most active deal climates on record.” 

Isokawa focuses her practice on complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate transactions for a wide variety of clients, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies. She advises clients on structuring and negotiating various strategic and leveraged buyout acquisitions of public and private targets, divestitures, joint ventures, senior and subordinated debt financings, equity financings, minority and venture capital investments, restructurings, carve outs, special situations, executive compensation matters, corporate governance, and other corporate matters.

Isokawa was formerly a partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She earned a B.A. from Columbia University and her J.D. from Columbia Law School.
