Loeb & Loeb is proud to announce that partners Ivy Kagan Bierman, Marc Chamlin, Debbie White and Jonathan Zavin were included in The Hollywood Reporter’s 2018 “Power Lawyers” issue featuring the top entertainment attorneys in America. In its twelfth year, the issue highlights Hollywood’s leading lawyers who help stars “capitalize on their success, guide industry-shaping mergers and deal with high-profile disputes amid the #MeToo and Time’s Up movements.”
Entertainment labor partner Ivy Kagan Bierman was profiled as one of the “Hollywood Lawyers at the Center of the Anti-Harassment Movement.” Marc Chamlin was listed among the top corporate attorneys for his work with Oprah and HGTV stars Chip and Joanna Gaines. Debbie White was featured among the “11 Top Music Attorneys” in a profile spotlighting her work with BTS, Tencent and The Who. Jonathan Zavin was recognized among the top litigators in the industry and described as the first call for many studios and producers accused of stealing someone else’s ideas.
The annual “Power Lawyers” list is based on nominations from the entertainment community, as well as research and interviews with top entertainment executives. Lawyers are evaluated against their peers based on cases won and the nature of deals closed, as well as their reputation within the entertainment legal community.
