2016 Edition of Legal 500 U.S. Ranks Loeb & Loeb Best in Class in M&A

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce that the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice received The Legal 500 United States’ highest, first-tier ranking within the publication’s 2016 edition.  The guide praised the firm’s work on several high profile deals over the past year in the middle-market (sub-$500m) category.
