Loeb & Loeb Expands Trusts and Estates Practice with New Partner Danielle Miller in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, CA (April 18, 2016) – Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today that Danielle E. Miller has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as a partner in its nationally-recognized Trusts and Estates Department.

Miller’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, related income, gift estate and property tax matters and entity formation. She also works with clients to establish nonprofits and qualify them for federal and California tax-exempt status. Her clients include high net worth individuals and families, fiduciaries and closely held businesses.

Miller has authored articles on estate planning topics for various publications, including California Trusts and Estates Quarterly, the official publication of the State Bar of California, and she has been a speaker at national and local estate planning seminars and institutes, including USC’s Tax Institute and Trust and Estate Conference, and the National Business Institute. She also serves as an Executive Committee member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section.

Most recently, Miller practiced at the trusts and estates boutique Hoffman, Sabban & Watenmaker, APC. She earned her J.D. from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California Berkeley. She is a California Certified Specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law.
