Loeb & Loeb LLP represented TPR Holdings LLC, a consumer products holdings company, in the acquisition of a controlling interest in Oscar Blandi Hair Care Products. Details of the transaction were not disclosed. Oscar Blandi products are available at Sephora and Ulta stores and include premium shampoos, conditioners and shine serums. Under TPR’s beauty and healthcare portfolio, Oscar Blandi is building plans for international expansion and strategic brand building.
