Remote controls provide increased ease and convenience in all of our lives. For most modern devices with this kind of control, the remote contains all the function controls while the controlled device itself only has a handful of essential primary controls. Many brands and marketers are beginning to recognize that the mobile device offers functionality for each wireless subscriber to more actively control their environment. The mobile device also allows the brand to be more precise with the consumer, providing more contextually relevant content at the right time and place. This group of marketing veterans explores the versatility and control offered to brands and consumers though the mobile remote.
