NEW YORK - Loeb & Loeb's Mitch Nussbaum was named one of IDD Magazine's "40 Under 40" recognizing 40 individuals under the age of 40 in the capital markets and related sectors whose achievements have distinguished them as the best and the brightest in their industries.
Nussbaum, 38, is the Chair of Loeb's Corporate Securities practice group. Some of his achievements noted by IDD are his continuing success in growing the firm's international securities practice; representing more than 40 Asian companies, including the first Chinese, Taiwanese and Thai companies to list on the American Stock Exchange; and taking internationally-based corporations public to new clients in the United Kingdom, India, Australia, Israel and Greece. Nussbaum's work in the development of special purpose acquisition corporations (SPACs) is also lauded. In his time at Loeb, he has completed nearly 40 SPAC initial public offerings, including deals for the purchase of companies in technology, energy, and consumer products.
