Acquisition of Reverb Music by Reservoir Media Management

Represented Reservoir Media Management in its acquisition of all of the shares of London-based Reverb Music Limited. Reverb’s catalog features over 30,000 copyrights and agreements with over 100 songwriters and includes “Gotta Get Thru This” by Daniel Beddingfield, “P.I.M.P.” by 50 Cent, and “Cruel Summer” by Bananarama.
