Represented Serene Investment Management in the purchase of a defaulted mortgage loan

Represented Serene Investment Management in the purchase of a defaulted mortgage loan at discount and commenced foreclosure proceeding that caused borrower to file for bankruptcy.  Caused the case to be converted to a chapter 7 liquidation and obtained stay relief within 3 moths of the bankruptcy filing to continue foreclosure, which resulted in a full mortgage payoff at par with default interest.
