Represented National Public Radio (NPR) in connection with a broad range of podcast, audio, and media matters, including advising on the licensing and sale of its flagship business podcast How I Built This to Wondery, while NPR retained radio distribution and underwriting rights. Loeb also assisted with option, development, and production agreements for adaptations of NPR podcasts into television, film, and other audiovisual formats, as well as advising on format licensing matters for NPR’s internationally recognized Tiny Desk concert series.
