Loeb & Loeb LLP represented Picture Head Holdings, LLC – a Los Angeles-based provider of critical post-production services for leading feature film, episodic TV and other media studios – in its recapitalization by Trive Capital and Five Crowns Capital. Picture Head has multiple locations in North America focused on complementary areas of the post-production services supply chain for the broader media and entertainment industry. The transaction will support Picture Head’s continued expansion across its three divisions: Picture Head, Picture Shop and Formosa Group.
