Obtained Favorable Arbitration Decision in Dispute Regarding Administrative Services Agreement

Successfully obtained a favorable verdict decision on behalf of American Health Holding, Inc., an affiliate of Meritain Health, Inc., an Aetna company, that its client had improperly manufactured grounds upon which to terminate the parties’ administrative services agreement and awarded American Health monetary damages based in part on a showing of its projected revenues over the life of the agreement.
