Advised Oprah Winfrey in connection with her investment in Oatly, a Swedish oat milk maker. In addition to Ms. Winfrey, the group of investors include the Blackstone Group, Natalie Portman, former Starbucks chief Howard Schultz and the entertainment company founded by Jay-Z. The transaction represents a sale of roughly 10% stake of the company, valued at approximately $2 billion.
