Lease to Institute of Culinary Education

Represented Brookfield Office Properties in a lease to the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) for the school’s new location in the building known as Brookfield Place at 225 Liberty Street in New York, New York. ICE’s facilities will occupy 71,000 square feet in the lower Manhattan building.
