Lease Amendment and Consent to Sublease of Office Space to Knotel in New York City

Represented Columbia Property Trust, as landlord, in the modification of its lease with Engine Group, at the former New York Times building (229 West 43rd Street, New York, New York), so as to permit the sublease of approximately 57,100 square feet of a full floor of office space to flexible office space provider Knotel, which space is Knotel’s largest single space location in NYC at this time.
